Typical Running Track Construction Process

1 Site And Foundation Evaluation

Confirm the track dimensions, base material, flatness, slope, drainage, moisture condition, cracking and structural stability. Installation should not begin until the foundation is accepted for the specified surface system.

2 Foundation Preparation

Clean the surface and complete the required grinding, crack treatment, leveling, repair or sealing work. The preparation procedure depends on whether the base is asphalt, concrete or an existing synthetic track.

3 Primer Or Sealing Treatment

Apply the confirmed primer or sealing system to support adhesion and control the interaction between the foundation and subsequent layers. Product selection depends on the approved technical specification.

4 Resilient Layer Installation

Install the specified resilient or elastic layer according to the required structure. Material ratios, application thickness, environmental conditions and curing periods must follow the confirmed technical data.

5 Intermediate And Reinforcement Treatment

Complete any required pore sealing, leveling or reinforcement process before the final surface is applied. The objective is to prepare a consistent substrate for the finishing layer.

6 Surface Layer Application

Apply the selected textured, sprayed or self-textured surface according to the approved hybrid running track system. Surface appearance and application procedure vary by specification.

7 Inspection And Rectification
