The construction of semi-prefabricated runways involves the use of several materials, such as the bottom adhesive layer, TPU elastic layer, silicon PU layer, and anti-slip surface layer. The latter two types of layers typically have a particulate spray surface or self-knotted grain spray surface.
The bottom adhesive layer serves to bond the elastic layer and silicon PU layer, ensuring that the entire construction can remain cohesive and maintain its integrity. The TPU elastic layer functions as a support for the overall structure, providing cushioning and shock absorption. The silicon PU layer is the topmost layer, allowing water or other liquids to run off the runway.
The anti-slip surface layer is essential to providing a secure foothold. It can either come with a particle spray surface, or with a self-knotted grain spray surface. Both kinds of surfaces create a friction-filled environment that ensures the feet remain firmly planted and that slips and falls are avoided.
The process of semi-prefabricated plastic runway construction is divided into the following steps:
Step 1: Ensure that the foundation is flat and the vertical and horizontal slopes meet the stadium's drainage requirements before pre-laying lines for the foundation of the site.
Step 2: Place the required rolls in length units of each roll within the runway line planned to be laid on the day.
Step 3: Stir the required base adhesive within one hour on the controlled site.
Step 4: Use a special cart to transport the stirred adhesive out of the required site and scrape it evenly.
Step 5: Spread the coiled material flat and longitudinally according to the line, and then compact it with a special roller.
Step 6: Prepare polyurethane elastic material on the laid TPU coiled material, mix it evenly according to the ratio strictly, and spread the surface reinforcement layer according to the required thickness.
Step 7: After the reinforcement layer is cured, mix the surface glue and glue, and use the runway sprayer to spray the surface layer on the whole site.
Step 8: After the surface layer is completely dry, demarcate the runway boundary and clean up the site.
