Introduction to PVC surface layer
Internationally recognized PVC courts are made of 100% brand new material, free from DOP, heavy metals, and zero methanol;
Conforming to EU testing standards, adsorption factors were added during the production process, resulting in TVOC emissions less than 100 μ G/m ³, No harm to the human body; Easy maintenance in the future;
It is suitable for indoor Basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, badminton court and other professional competition venues.

Requirements for the ground of the competition venue
1. The ground of the site must be flat, level, and free from sinking cracks.
2. The ground of the venue must not have any potential hazards that could harm team members.
3. Do not compete on rough, wet, or slippery surfaces.
4. The ground of the FIBA World Championship venue can only be made of wood or synthetic materials.
5. If it is an indoor venue, the net height of tennis and volleyball should not be less than 12 meters.
Installation method of PVC floor adhesive:
(1) First, polish and clean the ground base to remove dust.
(2) Apply the adhesive evenly on the base layer surface with a toothed scraper, and lay the boards in sequence from the inside to the outside. After laying a construction surface, use a roller or push plate to compress and compact it.
(3) After the board is laid, determine the dryness of the cleaning agent based on the temperature, and then proceed with welding of the board joints.
(4) Use a V-shaped trenching machine to start digging to 2/3 of the floor thickness from the center of the connecting line. Cut off the welding rod based on the length of the joint. Connect the power supply and preheat the welding machine to 200-220 ℃. After preheating, insert the welding rod into the welding machine and weld the 3mm welding rod at a pressure of 2kg/cm2 starting from the top of the joint.
(5) After the welding rod cools down, use a shovel to cut the excess welding rod above the board surface flat. During operation, be careful not to damage the floor surface.
(6) After the adhesive is fully bonded, the first maintenance should be carried out immediately. After completion, thoroughly clean or use a vacuum cleaner to remove all residue from the ground. Do not use the site within 24 hours after completion.
