PVC surface layer introduction
The internationally recognized PVC pitch uses 100% new material, no DOP, no heavy metals, zero methanol;

Preparation for PVC floor adhesive installation:
1. Technical preparation
(1) Carefully familiarize and review the floor construction drawings.
(2) Clarify the construction content and analyze the characteristics of the project.
(3) Provide technical clarification to the operators regarding the requirements for the exhibition hall floor.
2. Tool preparation
Main tools: serrated scraper, drum, cutting tool, oil brush, cutting blade, scissors.
3. Labor preparation
Due to the professionalism of PVC flooring installation engineering, a fixed professional team is used for construction and installation. The members of the team have years of experience in flooring construction to ensure the quality of the project construction.
4. Material preparation
(1) The floor material of the project is PVC coiled material: the board surface is required to be flat and smooth, without cracks, uniform color, consistent thickness, and meet the design requirements and relevant Technical Standard Order.
(2) The adhesive is required to be quick drying, high adhesive strength, strong water resistance, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and water-based adhesive, and comply with relevant Technical Standard Order.
(3) Material transportation, inventory needs to be stored vertically
It should not be placed flat or overlapped to avoid deformation of PVC rolls. It should not be stored in damp or sunny places to avoid discoloration and uneven color of the board surface. The adhesive should be stored separately, fireproof, and protected from sunlight exposure.
PVC construction process:
Base treatment>Self leveling construction pre laying>P V C installation>Joint welding>Site cleaning
1. Grassroots treatment
(1) After the installation of walls, ceilings, doors and windows, clean and sweep away any debris on the ground.
(2) Remove sand, oil stains, residues, etc. from the surface of the base layer.
(3) Clean the ground of dust and sand.
(4) After thoroughly cleaning the ground, evenly roll and apply a layer of interface agent.
2. Self leveling construction (this process can be selected according to actual needs)
(1) Check whether the cement self-leveling meets relevant technical standards, and expired self-leveling shall not be used.
(2) Pour an appropriate amount of self-leveling into a solvent and dilute it with clean water according to the product instructions.
(3) Mix thoroughly until the cement flows smoothly into a liquid state.
(4) Pour the self-leveling layer onto the construction ground in sequence, scrape it flat with a rake tooth scraper, with a thickness of approximately 2-3mm.
(5) Pedestrians and stacked items are not allowed within 4 hours after the completion of self leveling construction.
Installation method of PVC floor adhesive:
(1) First, polish and clean the ground base to remove dust.
(2) Apply the adhesive evenly on the base layer surface with a toothed scraper, and lay the boards in sequence from the inside to the outside. After laying a construction surface, use a roller or push plate to compress and compact it.
(3) After the board is laid, determine the dryness of the cleaning agent based on the temperature, and then proceed with welding of the board joints.
(4) Use a V-shaped trenching machine to start digging to 2/3 of the floor thickness from the center of the connecting line. Cut off the welding rod based on the length of the joint. Connect the power supply and preheat the welding machine to 200-220 ℃. After preheating, insert the welding rod into the welding machine and weld the 3mm welding rod at a pressure of 2kg/cm2 starting from the top of the joint.
(5) After the welding rod cools down, use a shovel to cut the excess welding rod above the board surface flat. During operation, be careful not to damage the floor surface.
(6) After the adhesive is fully bonded, the first maintenance should be carried out immediately. After completion, thoroughly clean or use a vacuum cleaner to remove all residue from the ground. Do not use the site within 24 hours after completion.
